You only need to bring your original national ID card so the management can verify it against your registered details and activate the contract.
Absolutely. You can use the "Book room viewing" feature in the app to choose a slot that fits your schedule.
No. You read the contract, tick that you agree to the terms, and sign by hand right on your phone screen. We log the signing time, IP and device as evidence.
Yes. 30 days before your contract expires, you will receive a notification. You can request a renewal directly through the app or contact your branch manager.
A signed contract is the original and can't be edited. To change terms, the branch issues a new addendum attached to it.
