This policy describes how {operator} collects, uses and protects renters' personal information on the BeU platform.
Information we collect
- Personal information: full name, phone number, email and ID documents, used to build your resident profile and contract.
- E-signature data: your hand-drawn signature image, a hash of the contract content at signing time, the signing timestamp, IP address and device identifier — kept as evidence in case of a dispute.
- Bank transfer receipts you upload when paying a deposit or monthly rent.
How we use your information
We use this information to create and manage contracts, reconcile payments, send payment or maintenance reminders, and as legal evidence when needed. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Data retention
Signed contracts are stored as immutable PDFs that cannot be edited after signing. Any change to the terms is handled through a new contract addendum.
