By using the BeU platform, you agree to the terms below.
Electronic contracts
Contracts are signed using your logged-in account together with a hand-drawn signature on screen. Once signed, the contract content is locked and cannot be edited — any change to the terms requires a new contract addendum.
Payments
Deposits and monthly rent are paid via manual bank transfer. A payment is only recorded once the branch has reconciled and approved the receipt you uploaded.
Deposit & move-out
Your deposit is kept on record for reconciliation at move-out — refunded or deducted based on the room's condition and any outstanding balance at that time.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for providing accurate information when creating your profile, keeping your login secure, and following each branch's house rules.
