You can request deletion of your account and related personal data on the BeU platform following the steps below.

How to request deletion

  • Send a request to beudorm@gmail.com or call 0931313230, including the name and phone number registered on your account.
  • The BeU team verifies your identity before processing the request.
  • Requests are processed within 30 days of successful verification.

Data we retain

Signed contracts, payment history and e-signature audit trails are retained as required by record-keeping regulations, even after your account is deleted.
